The modules can be used outdoors and are available in a variety of configurations.

Readable (SLR) UV-protected screens.The screens of the RXi – Industrial Monitors

are strictly IP66 certified and are protected against dust, humidity and even direct water spray.

The following elements also contribute to the safety function:

Hardware self-test

Safe communication with I/O modules

Reaction in the event of a fault

If the test harness detects a fault, the processor module enters the ERROR STOP state and restarts.

Diagnostic information is available to find the cause of the fault.

Start-up after error stop

If the cause of the fault still exists, the processor module avoids restarting and repeating the error stop:

After the first error stop, the processor module reboots normally and switches to system operation.

After the second error stop, the user must reboot the system using PADT after troubleshooting.

After the processor module has been running in system operation for approximately one minute,

the next error stop will be considered as the first error stop.

Scope of delivery

The module must be mounted on a suitable connection board to operate.

An Ethernet cable is required to connect the PADT.

The connection board and Ethernet cable are not included in the scope of delivery of the module.

Brief description

The Ethernet-based fieldbus card FE 560 can be connected on

the left of the KeControl C5 controllers using the Card Edge connector.

This allows the exchange and processing of process data between

the higher-level control and the KeControl C5 control.

Brief description

The FE 57x fieldbus master cards can be connected on the left of the

KeControl C5 controllers using the Card Edge connector.

They make it possible to create additional EtherCAT master interfaces

on the controller and thus an expansive set-up of plants and machines

through the use of numerous fieldbus components.

The EtherCAT interfaces can be supplied either with M8 or

with RJ45 connectors. Depending on the requirements,

this provides suitability for individual industrial applications.

The built-in switch supports a star topology of the EtherCAT

slaves without the need for additional hardware.

The D3-DU control solution for PLCs, motion and robotics is extremely
