PCH Engineering PCH 1026 Digital Wind Turbine Structure Vibration Monitor
Purpose
– Long-term monitoring of low-frequency structural and seismic vibration
APPLICATIONS
– Wind turbines
– Tower vibration
– Drive train vibration (pitch turbines)
– Blade edge vibration (stall turbines)
– Steel towers
– Chimneys
– Bridges
– Buildings
– Seismic Vibration to ISO4866
Configuration and Setup
– Setup and configuration can be performed through the serial RS-232 port using the supplied Setup and Monitoring PC program, CHT 1012. All settings can be changed in the field.
– Setup and display can also be performed remotely from an external PC or controller (e.g., WTC or process controller) via an optional RS-485 connection.
– A log in the PC software records monitor-specific settings dcs-sis.com and identifies the instrument by its serial number.
