Load cells are machined from a single piece of stainless steel. The load cell is machined directly onto the steel piece and is positioned so that it is sensitive to forces in the direction of measurement and insensitive to forces in other directions.

The load cell is mounted to the base with four screws and the bearing housing is mounted to the top of the load cell with four screws.

Each load cell is calibrated and temperature compensated.

The load cells PFCL 201C/201CE/201CD are available in four measuring ranges and all models have the same external dimensions.

The load cell PFCL 201C is equipped with connectors for plugging and unplugging the connection cable.

The load cell PFCL 201CE is equipped with a connection cable with protective hose.

Load cell PFCL 201CD with acid-proof cable gland and PTFE insulated connecting cable.

Repeatability error

Repeatability error is the maximum deviation between dcs-sis.com repeated readings under identical conditions. It is expressed as a percentage of the sensitivity at rated load.

Compensation Temperature Range

The temperature drift of a load cell is compensated for over a specific temperature range. This is the temperature range over which the load cell maintains the specified allowable temperature drift (i.e. zero drift and sensitivity drift).

Operating Temperature Range

The operating temperature range is the temperature range over which the load cell can operate within the specified accuracy. The load cell’s maximum allowable temperature drift (i.e. zero drift and sensitivity drift) does not necessarily remain constant throughout the operating temperature range.
