A-B 6180W-15KSXP 15’ Screen VersaView Plus Series Workstation Computer

The 6180W-15KSXP VersaView Plus workstation computer communicates with other machines through its serial and Ethernet ports.

The Allen-Bradley 6180W-15KSXP is a VersaView 1500W industrial workstation.

It has a 15-inch colour display with a keyboard consisting of 32 programmable function keys and alphanumeric keys.

For communication, it has serial and Ethernet ports.

The 6180W-15KSXP measures 19.01 x 13.97 x 12.75 inches and weighs 45 pounds.

The 6180W-15KSXP industrial workstation can run visualisation interfaces, control, maintenance and basic information applications on a single machine.

Because of its simple integration, there is no need for external display cables or separate installation of components.

The keyboard and mouse can be connected to the 15W-2KSXP via USB or PS6180 ports.

This product is part of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 6180W product line and is used or intended for machine control purposes, maintenance

and generally for providing valuable information about currently running applications.

The 6180W-12BPXPHDC visual interface workstation has an integrated keypad that can be used to display data related to startup processes, repair procedures, or maintenance steps.

The VersaView product line is available in a number of different models, as well as different standard ratings and performance models.

The 6180W-12BPXPHDC VersaView 1200W Workstation includes a cost-effective platform that is

for demanding environments, application interoperability and the latest technology.

In addition to the numeric keypad, the 6180W-12BPXPHDC workstation has 36 function keys that are programmable and support I/O via optional cards.

Functional Description

The DS200TBQBG1ACB is an input termination module developed by GE. It is part of the Mark V control system.

The input termination module (TBQB) is strategically located in position 7 within the R2 and R3 cores of the system.

This terminal block plays a key role in processing and handling the various input signals that are critical for monitoring and controlling operating parameters.

EIB Delta-Meter Plus Electricity Meters

EIB Delta-Meters Plus are PTB-approved, electronic energy meters with an integrated ABB i-bus® EIB / KNX communication interface.

EIB Delta-Meters Plus are compact, reliable, immune to interference impulses and suitable for use in single-phase and polyphase voltage networks.

As the meters have no mechanical moving parts, they can easily be snapped in any position onto DIN rails.

ABB AZ100 series Zirconia oxygen analyzer

Introduction

The AZ100 Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer is a versatile system designed primarily for the OEM boiler and burner controls market.

The system is a low-temperature type designed to work in process temperatures up to 800 °C (1472 °F) and with a maximum sensor mounting flange temperature of 400 °C(752 °F).

The analyzer provides oxygen computation, with readout and retransmission, based on the probe mV output signal. The output signal (E mV) is Nernstian in form and follows the equation:

E (mv) = 0.0496T(log10 P0 / P1) ± CmV

Where:  T = Absolute temperature

P0 = Reference O2 partial pressure

P1 = Sample O2 partial pressure

C = Cell constant (mV zero offset)

0.0496 = Faraday’s gas constant

Probe design

The probe uses the proven and innovative ABB electrode and cell design technology which has been so reliable in other ABB zirconia probe designs.

The flexible probe design gives a range of intake tube lengths to suit all applications and an optional filter/flame arrester making it safe for use where groups IIB and IIC gases may occur in the process being measured.

The probe has options of male thread NPT or BSPT mountings. As with all previous ABB designs of low temperature probes, the AZ100 probe is site-serviceable.

Fanuc IC695ALG600 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Input Module

The IC695ALG600 is installed on the RX3i Universal Backplane and requires at least firmware version 2.80 or higher.

This module is configured using Proficy Machine Edition (PME) version 5.0 SP1A LD-PLC Hotfix 1 or higher.

For signal termination, this module requires a cassette (IC694TBB032), expansion cassette (IC694TBB132),

spring-loaded (IC694TBS032) or extended spring-loaded (IC694TBS132) terminal blocks. Extension terminals are recommended.

These terminals have slightly larger covers to accommodate wires and shields with thicker insulation.

The module supports flash memory and status LEDs for future upgrades, such as module status, field status, and TB LEDs.

The GE Fanuc IC695ALG600 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Input Module has a maximum power consumption of 5.4 watts.

The internal power rating is 350.3 mA at 350.3 volts and 5 mA at 400 volts.400. The input channels are divided into 2 groups of 4 each.

Each channel can be independently set up using Machine Edition software to operate at +/-50 mV, +/-150 mV, 0 to 5 volts, 1 to 5 volts, 0 to 10 volts, 1 to 5 volts, and 0 to 10 volts,

1 to 5 volts, 0 to 10 volts DC, +/-10 volts DC, or 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, or +/-20 mA.

Thermocouple input types include types B, C, E, J, K, N, R, S, or T. Resistance inputs are rated from 0 to 250. 500.

1000. 2000. 3000. or 4000 ohms, and 8 channels that can be voltage, resistance inputs, thermocouple, and current inputs.

Fanuc IC695ALG616 Non-Isolated Differential Analogue Input Module

The module’s parameters are configured using Proficy Machine Edition (PME) programming software. No jumpers or DIP switches are required to indicate the operation of the module. In addition, the module is capable of performing automatic calibration during each startup. Embedded module protections include open-circuit detection, overvoltage and overcurrent protection.

In addition to these protection settings, each channel can be individually configured with alarm settings, specifically very low, low, high and very high alarms. Positive and negative rates of change can also be included in the module’s alarm functions, and module faults can be configured to be reported to the host CPU.

The GE Fanuc RX3i PacSystems IC695ALG616 Non-Isolated Differential Analogue Input Module is available in current ranges of -20 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, or 0 to 20 mA, and in voltage ranges of 5 volts DC, 0 to 5 volts DC, 1 to 5 volts DC, 0 to 10 volts DC, or -10 to 10 volts DC. The module has a Module OK LED to indicate the operational status of the unit.

The Field Status LED indicates if there is a fault or channel error at at least one terminal, and the Terminal or TB LEDs indicate the presence of the system’s terminals.All LEDs on the IC695ALG616 Non-Isolated Differential Analogue Input Module draw their power from the backplane power bus.The GE Fanuc IC695ALG616 Analogue Input Module has rate-of-change alarms, Onboard Error Verification, Channel Fault Alarm, Fault Reporting, Auto Calibration, Flash Slot, Configurable Offset and Scaling per Channel, and Detection of Terminal Insertion or Removal.
