About the MOPEG240C

The MOPEG240C module is a motor operator module manufactured by Eaton Corporation. The module is designed for use with Eaton’s G-Series E-frame line of

of EGB, EGE, EHC, EGS and EGH circuit breakers. It is rated for 100 to 220 volts AC or 100 to 220 volts DC operating voltage,

1 amp inrush current and 50 to 60 Hz operating frequency. The Motor Operator Module allows the user to remotely or locally switch the ON, OFF and RESET functions of the circuit breaker remotely or locally.

Both modes of operation support manual and automatic control of the unit.

In manual mode, the operation keys included with the MOPEG240C Motor Operator Module can be used to locally open, close, or reset circuit breaker contacts via the locking holes.

Remote control of the MOPEG240C Motor Operator Module involves the use of its built-in motor and cam drive mechanism to adjust the assembly that operates the circuit breaker handle.

The unit shall be mounted on the front cover of the circuit breaker within its dimensions.

The internal limit switches and relays on the unit dcs-sis.com are tasked with controlling motor operation by ensuring that the circuit breaker handle only moves within a defined range.

The Eaton MOPEG240C motor operator module can be manually tripped via its push-button trip button.

It contains a pull-out locking mechanism for locking the circuit breaker handle in the OFF position with a padlock and can be used for standard load transfer switching applications.

Function

The I/O Interface Module to the IC600 Programmable Controller provides the interface between the IC600 I/O bus and the IC697 I/O module.

The I/O Interface Module is mounted on the IC697 chassis and has two 37-pin connectors identical to those on the IC600 I/O Receiver for interconnection to the IC600 I/O bus.

The IC600 PLC system can be configured to include IC600 I/O, IC697 I/O, and IC660 I/O. The IC600 and IC697 I/O racks can be included in one I/O chain.

Each IC697 I/O rack can be assigned 128 (five-slot rack) or 256 (nine-slot rack) I/O reference points.

Up to eight of these racks can be used in a system, providing up to 2000 addressable points.

Addressable points. Any point can be used for input or output.

A minimum of 8K registers are required in the IC600 PLC for the I/O interface module to operate.

Module Operation

The I/O Interface Module is an intelligent module that allows the IC697 I/O Rack to interface with the IC600 I/O Link Port.

In operation, the I/O Interface Module reads/writes data from each I/O module in the rack. It exchanges data with the IC600 CPU via the I/O bus.

An I/O chain can include up to eight IC697 I/O racks as well as other IC600 racks.

Each IC697 rack has nine or five slots, one for I/O interface modules and eight or four for I/O modules.

While the IC697 I/O modules themselves may have 16 or 32 points.

While the IC697 I/O modules themselves may have 16 or 32 points, each of the eight available I/O slots in the IC697 chassis is allocated 32 discrete points.

Therefore, a nine-slot rack filled with 32-point modules will have 256 points (128 points for a five-slot rack).

I/O interface modules must be plugged into slot 1 (next to the power supply slot), with slots 2 through 9 reserved for I/O modules.

Load cells are machined from a single piece of stainless steel. The load cell is machined directly onto the steel piece and is positioned so that it is sensitive to forces in the direction of measurement and insensitive to forces in other directions.

Repeatability error

Compensation Temperature Range

The temperature drift of a load cell is compensated for over a specific temperature range. This is the temperature range over which the load cell maintains the specified allowable temperature drift (i.e. zero drift and sensitivity drift).

Operating Temperature Range

The operating temperature range is the temperature range over which the load cell can operate within the specified accuracy. The load cell’s maximum allowable temperature drift (i.e. zero drift and sensitivity drift) does not necessarily remain constant throughout the operating temperature range.

The 1336-FAN-SP2A is part of the 1336 series of adjustable frequency AC drives. It is designed for use in 1336 Plus, 1336 Force, 1336 Impact,

The relevant drive parameter that can be used to determine the operation of the fan is the overheat fault parameter 08. This drive fault is defined as an excessive heat sink temperature that exceeds a predetermined value of 90 degrees Celsius or 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

1336-FAN-SP2A is an obsolete component of the 1336 series. It is classified by the manufacturer as a Class 3 discrete component and recommended stock locations include GTS.

When replacing an existing fan with a new component, power to the drive must be disconnected to prevent the risk of electrical shock.

To get the most out of the 1336-FAN-SP2A cooling fan, the drive’s mounting clearance must be met to ensure adequate airflow.

Improper mounting may cause early deterioration of the dcs-sis.com drive and generate abnormal high temperature warnings that could affect the daily operation of the 1336-FAN-SP2A.
