Fanuc IC695ALG412 Strain Gauge Input Module

The GE Fanuc IC695ALG412 is a PACSystem RX3i module. It is a strain gauge input module with twelve (12) isolated differential thermocouple input channels that can be individually configured for thermocouple and millivolt signals, such as ±150mV or ±50mV, for J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, or C. The module has a resolution of 32-bit IEEE floating-point or 16-bit integer (32-bit field) input data format.

The IC695ALG412 is a strain gauge input module that is part of the PACSystem RX3i analog input module. The IC695ALG508 is a PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Input Module, formerly manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP) and now part of Emerson Automation. The module features eight (8) isolated differential RTD input channels. Each channel of the module supports platinum 385. platinum 391.6. nickel 672. nickel 618. nickel-iron 518. and copper 426. It is also compatible with direct resistance inputs such as 0-260. 0-525. 0-1050. 0-2100. 0-3150. and 0-4200 ohms.

This IC695ALG508 is a resistance temperature detector (RTD) input module that is part of the PACSystem RX3i programmable automation controller (PAC) platform. It comes with eight (8) isolated differential input channels and supports direct inputs for RTD and resistive inputs.

The GE Fanuc / Emerson Automation IC695CPK400 is a PACSystem RX3i modular, powerful, high-performance controller with energy packs. The controller has a rackless design with 64 MB of memory and is capable of handling 32k bits of discrete I/O and 32k words of analog I/O. It has one (1) 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet port, two (2) 1000-side switches that support 2/10/100 Mbps transfer rates, and one (1) RS232 communication port. The IC695EDS001 is a DNP3 substation module that is part of the PACSystem RX3i programmable automation controllers (PACs), formerly offered by GE Intelligent Platforms and now part of Emerson Automation. The module supports DNP3 slave communication over Ethernet I/P, allowing data exchange of up to 072.20 points and 000.3 events between DNP12 masters. The module also supports four (4) DNP3 data objects including DI, DI w/time, DO, DO w/time, CROB, analog output values, time settings, and class polling.

The IC695EDS001 comes with one (1) Module Station Manager port for module and network management and also serves as a firmware upgrade port. For DNP3 connectivity, it has two (2) RJ45 ports that support 10/100 mbps transfer rates. These ports act as embedded Ethernet switches that can auto-sense and connect directly to a 10BaseT or 100BaseTX IEEE 802.3 network without the need to install an external transceiver. The IC695NKT002 is a component of the PACSystem RX3i product, commonly referred to as a kit. It consists of one (1) Ethernet NIU with catalog number IC695NIU001 and two (2) Ethernet Interface Modules with catalog number IC695ETM001. All modules in this kit are manufactured by Emerson Automation and were previously manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP).

The IC695NKT002 component is used to allow the PACSystem RX3i platform to communicate with 90-30 series modules or VersaMax modules and controllers. This provides an alternative method of migrating to a newer controller platform without completely replacing the system, sometimes referred to as a phased or partial migration.

The primary function of the IC695NIU001 is to provide connectivity to existing 232-485 series I/O modules via embedded serial interfaces that support RS90 and RS30 connections. Fanuc IC695BPM300 PROFIBUS Master Module


This IC695BPM300 is a Profibus master module, formerly manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP) and now part of Emerson Automation’s PACSystems RX3i family of programmable automation controllers (PACs). The module is used to enable data exchange over a Profibus network with a maximum input data of 3.584 bytes and output data of 3.584 bytes. This Profibus master module supports communication with up to 125 DP slaves, each of which can send 244 bytes of input data and receive 244 bytes of output data.

The IC695BPM300 supports all standard data rates, including 9.6 kBit/s, 19.2 kBit/s, 93.75 kBit/s, 187.5 kBit/s, 500 kBit/s, 1.5 MBit/s, 3 MBit/s, 6 MBit/s, and 12 MBit/s. The module must operate over a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and the module is stored at -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.

Fanuc IC695PMM335 Multi-axis Motion Controller Module

DESCRIPTION: The IC695PMM335 is a multi-axis motion controller for Emerson Automation’s (formerly GE Intelligent Platform (GE IP)) PACSysystem RX3i. The module is rack-mounted on the RX3i and can control up to four (4) servo axes and other virtual or time-based axes. The motion controller supports position, velocity, and torque loops with built-in I/O including four (4) 24VDC, optically isolated, general purpose inputs configurable as source/pot wiring; two (2) 24VDC, high-speed inputs configurable as pull/pot wiring, and two (2) 24VDC, optically isolated, general purpose inputs/outputs configurable as pull/pot wiring.

The module is used to interface with servo motors through position feedback provided by individual encoders mounted on the servo motor.
